Planning​

During the planning phase, we focus on understanding our clients' requirements and how these requirements contribute to enhancing our search process. Based on these requirements, we develop a strategy that addresses the needs. Our work plan takes into account potential challenges, strategies to overcome them, current market trends, available skill levels, and specific parameters for the position. With a comprehensive blueprint in place, we begin our research and development.

Research & Development (R&D)

In the R&D phase, we diligently search for candidates who possess the right skills, experience, stability, and performance levels. We rank the candidates based on these parameters and select high-quality individuals to be shared with our clients.

Preliminary Screening & Interview​

After selecting candidates, we conduct a preliminary screening process. During this stage, we assess candidates based on key result areas (KRAs), compensation packages, job titles, job locations, and other relevant details. Our team of consultants personally conducts interviews to evaluate the candidates' competencies.

Validation

Following the preliminary screening and interview, we conduct discreet reference checks to validate the candidates' credentials.

Client Interview

Once the candidates have passed the initial screening and validation stages, we refer them to our clients for direct assessment of their capabilities and potential.

Formal Reference Check​

Upon receiving positive feedback from the client, we conduct a formal reference check to gather information about the candidate's work ethic, performance, behaviour, and other essential details.

Closure

At this stage, we facilitate negotiations between the client and the candidate, including salary packages, joining dates, and offer letters. We also maintain a strong relationship with both the client and the selected candidate to ensure a smooth integration of the candidate into the organization.

Mobilization​

The final phase involves mobilizing the candidate overseas in compliance with the employer country's immigration laws and the local laws of the Bureau of Immigration.
