Guidance on Program Selection and Application

Assist the student in completing application forms, writing personal statements, and gathering necessary supporting documents for admission to the chosen programs.
Application Submission and Follow-up

Visa Application Preparation
Advise the student on the visa application process for their chosen study destination, including the required documents, forms, and fees.
Assist the student in preparing their visa application package, including completing visa application forms, gathering supporting documents, and scheduling visa interviews (if necessary).
Visa Interview Preparation
Provide guidance and resources to help the student prepare for their visa interview, including mock interviews, tips on presenting themselves professionally, and addressing potential interview questions.
Visa Application Submission and Follow-up
Submit the student's visa application to the appropriate embassy or consulate, ensuring all documents are accurately completed and organized.

Visa Approval and Pre-Departure Orientation
Notify the student once their visa application is approved, and assist them in obtaining their visa stamp and any other necessary travel documents.
